Done Write Paralegal Services will discuss the specific payment terms to fit your needs. A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance will be billed in accordance with your contract terms. Extended contracts and/or retainers are available and may qualify you for discounted rates. The preferred method of payment is electronically through PayPal (electronic check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). We will, however, accept business, cashiers and personal checks but work will not begin until those funds have bank clearance.
Hourly rates are determined by the complexity and time requirement of the assignment. Flat fees are available for all document preparation if preferred. Rates are always quoted prior to work being started so that you are aware of the costs to your client.
Rush project requests (less than 24-hour turnaround, national holidays, weekends) may incur a surcharge which will be discussed with you in advance.
Other Charges: You will not be charged for general office supplies or equipment. You will be billed for postage, shipping charges, special paper, copy charges, binding or other special supplies required for your projects.
